Businesses And Customers
Businesses can access information related to their own clients, bookings, messages, staff, services, payments, and storefront. Customers can access their own account, booking, message, and billing history.
Sensitive Information
Thronos should not be used to store sensitive health, insurance, or clinical records unless a written agreement and the required privacy controls are in place.
Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers needed to run Thronos, including hosting, email, payment, analytics, support, and security providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Contact support to request account or data deletion.
