These terms describe the baseline rules for customers, businesses, and demo users. Formal customer or business agreements can add additional requirements.
Using Thronos
Thronos provides booking, marketplace, business operations, communication, and demo tools. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for safeguarding your login credentials.
Business Listings
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, availability, policies, photos, staff information, and customer communications shown through Thronos.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to the provider's availability and policies. A booking may be rescheduled, cancelled, declined, or adjusted by the business according to its own rules.
Payments And Billing
Paid plans, deposits, memberships, gift cards, and point-of-sale payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Additional payment terms may apply.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Thronos for unlawful activity, spam, scraping, credential sharing, fraud, harassment, security testing without permission, or storing prohibited sensitive data.
Demo Environment
Demo data is fictional and intended for product demonstrations. Do not enter real customer, payment, insurance, or health information into demo accounts.
Service Changes
Thronos may change features, pricing, availability, integrations, and platform requirements as the service evolves.
